Day 01: Siem Reap Arrival – Includes: 1 night at hotel, airport pickup, Local guide
Arrival at Siem Reap International Airport or bus station, meet and greet by a professional tour guide and transfer to check in hotel, rest time free on own leisure. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 02: Siem Reap – Angkor Wat Full Day Tour
Includes: 1 night at hotel and breakfast, 1 day Angkor Guided tour, Local English Speaking guide, Air-conditioned vehicle, 1 ticket to Angkor, Cold bottled waters. Start with a visit to the walled city of Angkor Thom. Enter by the South Gate and be greeted by fascinating symbolic statues of demons and gods, lined up on either side of the walkway. Then, move to the Bayon temple, was built in 12th century, famous for its various intriguing smiling heads glaring down from every angle. Continue to the Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper Kings. Then, prepare to be enchanted with Ta Prohm’s ruins taken over by the jungle trees. You will explore the most expansive of all Angkor temples, the famous and awe-inspiring Angkor Wat. Finish with enthralling sunset views from Phnom Bakheng. Return to your hotel and overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 03: Siem Reap – Phnom Penh by public bus to Phnom Penh (7 hours)
Includes: 1 night at hotel, half-day guided tour to Tonle Sap Lake, boat trip, hotel pick up, breakfast, cold bottle water, bus ticket to Phnom Penh, pick up from the bus station in Phnom Penh.
Drive 45-minutes to Kompong Phluk, you’ll travel by car (February to July) or by car and boat (August to January). Transfer to a small boat and set sail along the lake, passing stilted houses and schools, floating markets, pagodas, and fishing boats as your guide tells you more about local life, customs, and traditions. Have lunch at a local restaurant on your own account and continue in the afternoon transfer to Phnom Penh by private car.
Day 04: Phnom Penh Full day City Tour
Includes: 1night at hotel, breakfast in the hotel, 1 day guided city tour, all entrance fees, Local English Speaking Guide, Air conditioned vehicle.
Breakfast at the hotel, then, head to the gleaming Royal Palace, Phnom Penh’s most stunning spectacle. Within the Royal Palace is the Silver Pagoda. You will then visit the National Museum and Wat Phnom. Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant on your own account.
Learn the sobering but important part of Khmer history in The Choeung Ek Killing Field and Toul Sleng, a high school building converted into the S-21 prison.
Day 05: Phnom Penh – Free till departure
