Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and his spouse Samdech Kittiprittpundit Bun Rany Hun Sen preside over the celebration of the 10th anniversary of Angkor Sankranta event and the opening ceremony of Angkor Sankranta 2023 held at the compound of Bayon Temple in Siem Reap province this morning under the theme “Dreams and Hopes.”
