The hospitality group, FRHI Hotels & Resorts, which encompasses the three brands Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, has relaunched its agent training programme in an effort to further collaborate with the travel trade.
Speaking to Arabian Travel News about the reason behind the enhancements of the Famous Agents, the group’s loyalty programmes executive director Sharon Cohen noted: “We understand the importance for travel agents to create a seamless, efficient and satisfying experience for their travellers, whether a visit is for business or leisure. To support this, FRHI Hotels & Resorts wanted to provide travel agents with an interactive way to learn more about the company and its three distinct brands.”
The programme provides a series of online training courses that lead to certification and bonus points that can be used towards rewards and accreditation.
“The Middle East is one of our fastest growing markets and so we are highly committed to supporting agents in the region and helping them to add value to their customer relationships,” Cohen added.
