Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh, President of the Cambodian SEA Games-ASEAN Para Games Organising Committees (CAMSOC-CAMAPGOC) presents awards to Cambodian Vovinam athlete Pal Chhor Raksmey, who won four gold, one silver and one bronze medals, and Singaporean swimmer Ting Wen Quah, who won six gold and two silver medals from the 32nd SEA Games, at the official closing ceremony held at Morodok Techo National Stadium in Phnom Penh last night.
