KUALA LUMPUR, 11 February 2016: Putrajaya’s will host the 8th Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 11 to 13 March.
The event will welcome more than 20 balloonists from the UK, Thailand, Spain, France, Netherlands, Belgium, USA, South Korea and Malaysia.
The fiesta, now in its 8th year, will feature other activities targeting family travellers during the upcoming school holidays.
They include, jazz music concerts, extreme sports demonstrations and helicopter sightseeing rides.
Night Glow, which is the highlight of the annual fiesta, will return and give visitors the opportunity to admire the glowing balloons up close as they enjoy the spectacular fireworks displays in the background.
Interactive workshops, colouring contests, and paper airplane competitions will be held for children, while adults can participate in yoga and Zumba sessions,
Organised by AKA Balloon and Perbadanan Putrajaya, the 8th Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta is a free event open to all age groups both locals and visitors.
