10-Day To Get Experience in Cambodia

This 10-day tour will give you the opportunity to discover the sights, sounds, smells and culture of Cambodian cities, villages, nature and wildlife.

Days 1-2: Tour begins in Phnom Penh

Day 1: We will meet at our hotel this evening and head out to enjoy dinner in this wonderful riverside capital.

Day 2: A full day to explore Cambodia’s capital city, including the National Museum and the Royal Palace.

Days 3-4: Phnom Penh – Sen Monorom

Day 3: We drive to the remote eastern province of Mondulkiri today, arriving in Sen Monorom where we spend the next 2 nights.

Day 4: Today we will visit the Elephant Valley Project and have the opportunity to learn more about the life of a mahout.

Days 5-6: Sen Monorom – Kratie

Day 5: Leaving Sen Monorom this morning, we visit the double-drop waterfall of Bou Sraa and enjoy lunch at a coffee plantation. Later we continue on to Kratie for the night.

Day 6: Today we take a cycle ride on the Mekong island of Koh Rong, with a chance to meet the locals. This afternoon we’ll enjoy a boat trip to spot rare Irrawaddy dolphins before stopping at the hilltop temple of Phnom Sombok to enjoy sunset over the Mekong.

Day 7: Kratie – Siem Reap

Day 7: Today we visit some of the most important temples, including Angkor Wat and the immense walled city of Angkor Thom, Bayon and Ta Prohm Temple.

Day 8: Heading out to Phnom Kulen today, a mountain plateau once the capital of the Khmer empire, we explore the rock carvings, jungle-clad temples and enjoy spectacular views from the large reclining Buddha.

Day 9: Taking to bicycles this morning we explore the Roulos group of temples before visiting Kompong Pluk Village – one of the least visited villages on the Tonle Sap Lake. We return to Siem Reap to enjoy our final night.

Day 10: Return to Phnom Penh and finished the trip.
